Many people sleep late and skip breakfast. Avoid this habit too. Stress can increase the problem of acidity. So keep stress under control. You can do yoga and breathing exercises. Other exercises also have a positive effect on the mind.
Exercising also improves digestion. Not doing any physical activity increases the risk of acidity. Exercising also keeps your weight under control. Excess weight can increase the problem of acidity.
These things are not done after eating.
Do not lie down immediately after eating, nor do you do heavy exercise. Finish your meal at least three hours before going to bed. If you want to do heavy exercise, wait at least two hours after eating. However, it is a good habit to walk at a slow pace for at least ten minutes after eating.
